"The best experience I've had with any insurance company. I recently switched my homeowners insurance over from another company, and the other company refused to issue the refund for four months. Finally, I asked them to intervene. Abby dealt with them for me, and after some back and forth and continued resistance from American Modern, Abby was able to resolve the situation for me. The price is more than reasonable, but the customer service is the real standout here. I am very appreciative of the service I received."

"I used this insurance office in 2016 and into 2018. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue due to some issues in my driving record, I'm back in 2025 and I'm so happy that they were able to take me back and get me a great rate. I highly recommend this insurance office.

"I went to visit Angela Allen at our State Farm Agency hoping to find a way to save on insurance premiums on our 2 vehicles. Angela asked a few questions about mileage driven annually and current odometer readings. By the time I returned home, an e-mail was waiting explaining the substantial amounts I will save on future premiums based on our low annual mileage for each vehicle! I have always been more that satisfied with the prompt and friendly service Angela has offered!"

"The owner of this business parks in the handicapped parking and also blocks all access to the ramp. He is NOT handicapped. When confronted about this…he said if someone needed to use the van accessible parking spot that he was blocking then they could come inside and ask him to move his car. What’s laughable is he stated that he has a handicapped daughter. You would think he would be an advocate for all other people needing access. 0 stars"

"Ms. Hinz, I apologized to you when you confronted me regarding my having parked in the crossed area next to the handicapped parking spot at my office. Where I parked did obstruct the area on my sidewalk that is sloped to accommodate handicapped people. I acknowledged my error to you and pledged it would not occur again.
As to the reference of my daughter I was attempting to reassure you that I do recognize and advocate for all people who have a disability. That is why I have voluntarily served for 23 years on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization that serves over 178 people with disabilities. My daughter being one of them.
Again, I am sorry for my oversight and have already corrected it with my actions. Please feel free to drive by my office anytime and you will see my words are true."
